Referrals

Give a month, get a month

Every workspace has a share code. A workspace that signs up with it gets two free months instead of one; when they pay their first invoice, your next month is free.

01

The offer

A workspace that redeems your code gets 2 months of Vibe · Ship at no charge - one more than the standard trial. When that workspace pays its first invoice, one billing cycle is taken off yours.

Both sides are discounts on the ordinary plans, applied by the billing provider. Nothing is paid out and nothing needs claiming.

  • -They get: 2 months free on Vibe or Ship, in place of the one-month trial.
  • -You get: your next billing cycle free, once per referred workspace, as many workspaces as you like.
  • -The referrer is not told who signed up, and the referred workspace is not told what you earned.

02

How it works

The code is a discount code. That is what makes the mechanics honest: it is applied at checkout, tracked by the billing provider, and cannot be applied twice to the same customer.

  • -Open Billing in your workspace settings and copy your code or share link.
  • -A new workspace signs up with the link, or enters the code on its billing page before choosing a plan.
  • -Their first two invoices are zero. Their third is the first they pay.
  • -When that invoice is paid, your next cycle is discounted and you get one email saying so.

03

The rules

Short, because the mechanics do most of the work.

  • -A workspace can be referred once, by whichever code it redeems first.
  • -You cannot refer yourself: a code is refused on the workspace that owns it.
  • -The reward needs an active subscription without another discount on it to land on. A referrer without one - or still inside a startup, partner or referral window - gets nothing for that referral, and the referral is marked as such.
  • -Codes are shared between people, not posted to coupon sites. We reserve the right to void a code that turns up on one.

04

Start

Your code is waiting on the billing page of any workspace you manage. It is created the first time you look.
